By placing an order with The Online Dental Lab, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
 

2. Custom-Made Products

All clip-in veneers supplied by The Online Dental Lab are custom-made specifically for each individual customer using the impressions and information provided.

As these products are personalised and manufactured exclusively for you, and are intended to be worn in the mouth, they cannot be resold or reused for hygiene and safety reasons.

For this reason, all clip-in veneer orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.

If your veneers do not fit correctly or you are unhappy with the appearance, we will work with you to achieve the best possible result.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Following the impression instructions carefully.

• Providing accurate information when requested.

• Returning any requested impressions or photographs promptly if a remake is required.

• Checking delivery details before placing an order.

Delays caused by incorrect information or failure to follow instructions may affect production times.
 

5. Production Times

Estimated production and delivery times are provided as a guide only.

While we always aim to complete orders within our stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to manufacturing requirements, courier services, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

The Online Dental Lab cannot guarantee delivery for specific events unless expressly agreed in writing.
 

6. Remakes

Where a remake is required, customers may be asked to:

• Provide new impressions.

• Supply photographs or videos.

• Return the original veneers where requested.

Remakes are intended to improve the fit or appearance of the original custom-made product and are not a cancellation of the original order.
 

7. Hygiene Policy

Due to the personalised nature of our products and because they are designed to be worn in the mouth, products cannot be accepted for resale or refunded once manufactured.

This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all customers.
 

8. Limitation of Liability

Our products are cosmetic removable appliances and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any dental disease.

Customers should continue to seek professional dental advice for any underlying dental or oral health concerns.
