Need a spare fast? Our 12-hour express service is for existing customers only.

Order before 12 noon UK time on a working day and your spare is made and posted the same day. Order after 12 noon and it's made and posted the next working day. Weekends and bank holidays are excluded. You can also choose Express 5-day or Standard 11 working days.

Existing customers only. This is for customers whose Secret Veneers we've already designed. We make your spare from your existing design, so no impression kit is sent. Please don't order this if you haven't bought from us before.

Keep a spare in case of breakage or loss, or order a second set in a brighter shade, for just £99 per standard or Super Thin arch.

How it works

1. Order here, using the name from your first order (and your order number, if you have it).

2. We find your existing design.

3. We make your spare from it at the speed you chose.

4. We post it to you tracked, worldwide. For overseas orders, we cover the import charges.

Good to know

- Not available for CeramiLux. CeramiLux is a different, milled system, and replacement CeramiLux is full price only (£750 single arch / £1,100 full set).

- After about 2 years, or after any dental work, your teeth may have shifted and a spare made from your old impressions may not fit. You'd then need a new design from new impressions.

- Spares are made from your existing design as soon as you order, so they can't be cancelled or refunded once ordered. They come with up to three free fit or breakage remakes within 29 days of delivery, and your legal rights are not affected.
